Doug has over 20 years combined technical & management experience in the software industry with emphasis in customer service and offering management. As part of IBM Analytics Offering Management team servicing the Hybrid Data Management portfolio, he’s currently working to build out enhancements and capability for data virtualization using IBM federation and Queryplex technology and has been diving into business continuity for IBM's HDM portfolio.
