The buildpack contains the following Node.js runtimes: v8.16.1, v8.16.2, v10.16.3, v10.17.0, v12.11.1, and v12.13.0.

It is based on the community Node.js buildpack v1.7.3. The latest v10 runtime is the default runtime when one is not specified in the package.json. An existing application will not be affected by the new buildpack until you redeploy it. New applications will automatically use the new buildpack.

This is the last buildpack that will include v8.x runtimes. v8 goes out of support on 12/31/2019.
