Git Repos and Issue Tracking Being Upgraded to GitLab 11.4.14

Git Repos and Issue Tracking, a component of the IBM Cloud Continuous Delivery service, is upgrading GitLab to version 11.4.14 in order to get the latest features and security fixes.

We are upgrading GitLab, as part of the Git Repos and Issue Tracking offering, to version 11.4.14 on Wednesday, May 22, 2019. GitLab upgrades are compatible with previous versions; however, on rare occasions, GitLab will make changes that are incompatible in areas that are not API. For example, undocumented or unsupported calls may no longer be present or behave differently than they did in previous
versions. Please read through the release notes to ensure compatibility.
