We would like to inform you that we are retiring the IBM Alert Notification service on the IBM Cloud catalog on July 1, 2019.

After July 1, 2019, new users will no longer be able to provision the IBM Alert Notification service. However, any existing customers will be able to use the service until July 1, 2020.

Sign up for IBM Cloud Event Management

Users who wish to continue to gain true business value from Alert Notification can sign up for IBM Cloud Event Management. This award-winning service has the functionality of Alert Notification along with Event Correlation and Resolution capabilities.

You can also take advantage of our new mobile app and enjoy additional functionalities that do not exist within Alert Notification today. With no more limitations on the number of users you assign, you can send notifications to as many users as you like.

IBM Cloud Event Management is a service designed to help to support your DevOps and IT-Ops in order to understand, manage, and solve services problems quickly. Cloud Event Management has the functionality of IBM Alert Notification to offer email, voice, and SMS notifications to the user.
