IBM Support Value Add Offering for Netcool/OMNIbus Probe Gateway requires you to acquire and maintain for the duration of the contract period a software subscription and support contract through the IBM International Passport Advantage program (or other appropriate IBM agreement) covering the Software license for which the IBM Support Value Add offering is being purchased for.
There are no hardware requirements for IBM Support Value Add Offering for IBM Netcool/OMNIbus Probe Gateway.
At a mutually agreed time, IBM support will engage remotely with your staff to review your current OMNIbus probe or gateway, provide best practice recommendations on configurations for new deployments and troubleshooting support during the initial deployment of a new probe or gateway integration.
