We are pleased to introduce a completely new way to dramatically accelerate incident remediation. This new capability can be used with both IBM Instana and IBM AIOps Insights and uses IBM watsonx to guide and automate incident remediation by providing operations teams with expert knowledge and assistance. This presents operations teams with recommended actions to diagnose and remediate the incident, along with the ability to execute those actions using automation tools like Ansible.
