Financial GRC Market: Spending Priorities, Value Realization, and Additional Needs
Businesses using financial GRC software around the world (provided by all financial GRC vendors, not just IBM), were asked about their financial GRC application spending. When asked how they expect their organization’s SaaS financial GRC spending to change over the next 12 months, 58.2% of companies stated they expect their spending to increase and 39.1% expect it to remain unchanged. Only 2.7% of respondents expected a decline in spending. Of those companies planning to increase their spending, besides adding more users/licenses, the three most likely areas of additional spend included adding additional modules & functionality, contracting for more professional services, and upgrading their current level of support.
Based on ratings collected in IDC’s 2024 SaaS Path Survey, IBM placed in the highest scoring group for vendors serving the Financial GRC application market and has been awarded IDC’s 2024 SaaS Financial GRC Customer Satisfaction Award.
