You may reset your password by using the "Forgot Password" option on the IBM Registration web site. If you need assistance regarding a forgotten IBM ID and/or Forgotten security question, please contact the Worldwide IBM Registration Helpdesk.

How will IBM use my personal information? How will IBM assure privacy and security of my information?

You can view, update or add to any personal contact details, job title or registration settings information, by navigating to "My IBM" and signing into "My Profile" on ibm.com once you've registered.
