Unable to create web view on Unix server from CCRC 7.1.x client

Troubleshooting


Problem

User attempts to create a new IBM Rational ClearCase web view and gets the following error: CRVAP0087E CCRC command 'mkview' failed: Unable to create session data.

Symptom

Remote CCRC clients are unable to create a new web view.

Error reported when trying to create a web view on a Unix server from a CCRC 7.1.x client:
