1) Notes
   - The Report Distribution Facility (RDF) has been deprecated and replaced
     with the OnDemand Distribution Facility (ODF). RDF is no longer provided
     beginning with the V10.1 release. RDF is still provided in the V9.5
     release in order for customers to transition to ODF.  An RDF to
     ODF migration utility, rdf2odf, has been provided in the V9.5 release.
     The rdf2odf command must be run to migrate your RDF definitions to ODF.

     For more information please read the WBTS Technote 7042292 - "Migrating
     from Content Manager OnDemand Report Distribution Version 9.0 to Content
     Manager OnDemand Distribution Facility (ODF) Version 9.5" available by
     going to http://support.ibm.com and searching on the Technote number.
     Also, review the Content Manager OnDemand Distribution Facility Guide.

2) Installation of the OnDemand Distribution Facility
   - Pre-reqs
     - 350MB of free space in /tmp and 200MB in /opt
     - 200MB of free space on C:\

   - To install the OnDemand Distribution Facility
     AIX: 
       - ododfaix.bin -i console
     Linux: 
       - ododflinux.bin -i console
     Linux for System z: 
       - ododflinux390.bin -i console
     Windows
       - Run ododfwin.exe

   - To uninstall from the command line
     AIX:
       - /opt/IBM/ondemand/V10.1/_uninst101odf/uninstallododf -i console
     Linux and Linux for System z:
       - /opt/ibm/ondemand/V10.1/_uninst101odf/uninstallododf -i console
     Windows:
       - To uninstall use Programs and Features from the Control Panel
