1) Installation of Enhanced Retention Management
   - Pre-reqs
     - 350MB of free space in /tmp and 200MB in /opt
     - 200MB of free space on C:\

   - To install Enhanced Retention Management
     AIX: 
       - odermaix.bin -i console
     Linux: 
       - odermlinux.bin -i console
     Linux for System z: 
       - odermlinux390.bin -i console
     Windows:
       - Run odermwin.exe

   - To uninstall from the command line
     AIX:
       - /opt/IBM/ondemand/V10.1/_uninst101erm/uninstalloderm -i console
     Linux and Linux for System z:
       - /opt/ibm/ondemand/V10.1/_uninst101erm/uninstalloderm -i console
     Windows:
       - To uninstall use Programs and Features from the Control Panel
