Find Command on the Tracking Tab

Use the Find feature on the Tracking tabto search for specific shipments.

Select one of the following entries from the Find drop-downlist and click Go:

SID Number

Find a shipment using the Shipment Identifier (SID) number.

Order Number

Find the shipment that contains this order.

Purchase Order Number

Find shipments that are linked to this Purchase Order Number.

Sales Order Number

Find shipments that are linked to this Sales Order Number.

Master BOL

Find shipments that are linked to this Master Bill of Lading(BOL) number.

Carrier Ref./Conf. Number

Find a shipment that is linked to this Carrier Reference/ConfirmationNumber.

SKU

Find shipments that contain items with this Shopkeeping Unit(SKU) number.

Location Code

Find shipments that are being picked up or delivered at thespecified location.

Custom fields

Your shipper administrator can define custom reference fieldsfor your organization. Your administrator controls whether these customfields also appear in the Find drop-down list.

Notes:
  • You can use your computer clipboard feature to copy data. Forexample you can copy the SID number from another application andpaste it in the Find box.
  • You can search using a wild card. Enter at least four charactersand then an asterisk. For example enter ABCD* tofind SID numbers ABCD1234 ABCD6874and ABCD4478.
  • You can find multiple SID numbers or order numbers. Separate eachvalue with a comma.
