Creating pureScale instance failed with DBI1264E

Symptom

db2icrt command fails with error messages like following:

./db2icrt -d -p 50001 -u db2inst1 -m db01 -mnet pm1-en0 -cf cf01 -cfnet pc1-en0 -instance_shared_dev /dev/hdisk3 -instance_shared_mount /db2inst1_share -tbdev /dev/hdisk8 db2inst1

The host "DB01" could not ping the cluster interconnect netname "pm1-en0". Check the cables, network adapter, and network configuration on the affected hosts. Ensure all cluster interconnect netnames are defined in each host's /etc/hosts file in exactly the same way. The host "DB01" could not ping the cluster interconnect netname "pc1-en0". Check the cables, network adapter, and network configuration on the affected hosts. Ensure all cluster interconnect netnames are defined in each host's /etc/hosts file in exactly the same way.
The host "CF01" could not ping the cluster interconnect netname "pm1-en0". Check the cables, network adapter, and network configuration on the affected hosts.
