Error description

• Users with the Add Team Members permission can only
  add users to teams. They cannot remove users from teams.
  Users without the Manage Security permission cannot remove users
  from teams.
  
  The expected case would be for users with Add Team Members to be
  
  able to both add and remove users on their teams for roles that
  have
  the same or fewer permissions as the user's role.
