Error description

• Users in groups are unable to see other users in their groups
  without "Add Team Member" permission.
  
  Reproduction Steps:
  1.) Create User without "Add Team Member" or "Manage Security"
  2.) Add User and other users to a Group
  3.) Login as User and select My Profile -> Team Manager
  4.) Hover over your Group under one of its roles
  

Local fix

• Give "Add Team Member" permission to the user.
