Error description

• After upgrading the IBM Storage Protect Plus (SPP) appliance to
  version 10.1.17, the catalog backup is failing on the tasks
  for 'Recovery' and 'Configuration' catalog.
  The following messages are showing up at the catalog job log:
  
  INFO,CTGGA2168,.., Result:Failed. 1 : Traceback (most recent
                     call last):
