IT47969: CTGGA3134 VM BACKUP MESSAGE AFTER UPGRADE TO VERSION 10.1.17

Error description

• When IBM Storage Protect Plus vADP software is installed on an
  unsupported operating system, a VMware guest backup job will
  fail with the following message after upgrade to version
  10.1.17 :
  
  CTGGA3134,Failed to receive status updates from the backup
           process on VADP proxy (<ProxyHostAddress>) stopped the
           backup of VM (<VMname>).
  
  In the vADP host /var/log/messages file, the VM backup task will
  
  be seen to start and stop within a few seconds without any
  error :

      /tmp/vmdkbackup-<jobID>-vm-<mobid>-QTQQ.json], vmId:
      <VMID>_vm-<mobid>

  .. : newRestTemplate(): turn on certificate validation
  .. : Task completed (id = <jobID>, vm = <VMName>, vmId =
      <VMID>_vm-<mobid>).
  
  IBM Storage Protect Plus version 10.1.17 documentation is
  inconsistent in the requirement information about the supported
  operating system for the vADP host.
  The only supported operating system is
  RedHat Enterprise Linux 9.5 and later.
  The IBM Storage Protect Plus vADP software installation will
  complete without errors or messages on previously supported
  operating systems but such installed vADP will not be
  operational.
