The server encounters a media fault while accessing the given volume using the specified drive.
The operation that is attempting to access the volume will fail, and the volume will be immediately dismounted from the drive.
In some cases, the server will automatically mark the volume readonly. This will prevent the server from trying to write to the volume. Issue an AUDIT VOLUME command to determine if any data has been lost due to the media failure.
