After importing data that was exported from another server, the server deletes any objects that are part of incomplete groups. Incomplete groups may be a result of importing from media written by an export operation that failed. Incomplete groups may also be a result of a failed import operation.

Ensure that the export and import operations run to completion. If any errors are observed, correct them and run again the export or import or both, as needed.
