install the IBM i Graphical
Operations feature. It is shipped with public authority of *USE.

- You must be the owner or have *OBJMGT authority and the authorities being
granted or revoked.

- You must be the owner or have *ALLOBJ authority to grant *OBJMGT or *AUTLMGT
authority.

- To secure the workstation object with an authorization list or remove
the authorization list, you must have one of the following authorities:
- Own the workstation object.
- Have *ALL authority to the workstation object.
- Have *ALLOBJ special authority.

- You must have security administrator (*SECADM) special authority to change
the usage of a function.
