Enabling integrated Windows authentication on Exchange servers
Windows authentication can be integrated on Exchange servers.
Procedure
- From Microsoft Windows, log in to the Exchange Server.
- Go to Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
- Go to Internet Information Services > Name of Exchange Server > Web Sites > Default Web Site.
- Right-click Default Web Site, and then click the Directory Security tab.
- In the Authentication and access control pane, click Edit.
- Select Properties. The Authentication Methods window appears.
- In the Authentication access pane, select the Integrated Windows authentication check box.
- Click OK.
- Restart IIS services.
