Starting the sample server
You can start the sample server cisDev by using the Samples Console perspective or by using a line command.
Before you begin
Ensure that the default ports 9080 and 9443 are not in use by other applications or processes.
If Decision Server Insights is installed under Program Files, you must have administrative rights.
About this task
The sample server offers a simplified environment in which you can explore and run the samples and tutorials, and experiment with and test your projects.
Procedure
Do one of the following actions:
- In the Sample Server view of the Samples Console perspective, click the Start icon.
- In a command window, open the directory <InstallDir>/runtime/wlp/bin and
enter the following command:
server start cisDev
