Changed exit routines

Some exit routine requirements have changed since TSO/E 2.3:

If you currently have a SUBMIT exit, IKJEFF10, that retrieves passwords from the TSB, you might need to change the SUBMIT exit. The password is no longer stored in the TSB. See Writing an exit for the SUBMIT command for more information about the SUBMIT exit and for information about changing your logon pre-prompt exit to have the password stored in the TSB.
