Record type 61 is written during any processing that results in
a DEFINE request to Catalog Management Services, such as:
- IDCAMS
- DEFINE
- IEHPROGM
- CATLG
One type 61 record is written for each record inserted or updated
in a catalog.
Record type 61 identifies the entry being defined and the catalog
in which the catalog record is written and gives the new or updated
catalog record. It identifies the job by job log and user identifiers.
Macro to Symbolically Address Record Type 61: The SMF record
mapping macro for record types 36, 60, 61, 65 and 66 is IFASMFI6.
The syntax is as follows:

- identifies the type of the record you want to map. The mapping
macro resides in SYS1.MACLIB.
