Indicates whether the UCB for the device is connected to a subchannel. Valid only when the entry type is “device” (SMFETY=SMF22DEV) and entry request is “add device” (SMFERQ=SMF22DAD).

When SMF22ETY=SMF22DEV, SMF22ERQ=SMF22DAD and SMF22ECC is on, one or more partitions were added to the device candidate list.
