The ARCHSEND macro allows you to send authorized user commands
to DFSMShsm.
You must be a DFSMShsm-authorized user to use this macro.
Note: All memory areas passed to DFSMShsm through the macro must
be in 24-bit addressing mode and below the 16MB line.
