Updating the IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office workflows

If you installed the predefined document review workflows that were included with a previous version of IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office, you must transfer the new versions of the document review workflows to your workflow system.

About this task

You can leave the document review workflows that you added when you installed IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office, Version 2.0.1 on your workflow system to allow users to complete any existing work items that use those workflows. However, you must add the document review workflows that are included in the IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office and IBM Content Navigator installation media to your workflow system to use workflows in IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office, Version 2.0.2.

Tip: The newer versions for the document review workflows can be used in both IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office and in the IBM Content Navigator web client.

Procedure

To transfer the IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office workflows:

  1. Enable users to add and transfer workflows through IBM Content Navigator.
  2. Add the document review workflows for IBM Content Navigator to your workflow system.
