Vmdefaultdvswitch
Use this option to specify the distributed virtual switch (dvSwitch) that contains the port group that you set on the vmdefaultdvportgroup option. The option has no effect unless you also specify the vmdefaultdvportgroup option.
This
feature is available only if the client operates as a data mover for IBM Spectrum Protect for Virtual Environments: Data Protection for
VMware.
Supported clients
This option is valid for Linux clients
that are installed on a vStorage backup server.
This option is valid for Windows
clients that are installed on a vStorage backup server.
Options file
Place this option in the client options file (dsm.opt), in
the client system options file (dsm.sys), or specify it as a command-line
parameter on the restore vm command.

- dvSwitch
- Specifies the name of the virtual switch to use. The virtual switch name is case sensitive.
