Enrolling your macOS device (DEP)
Follow these steps to enroll your macOS device in the Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP).
Before you begin
- The macOS DEP token must be active in the MaaS360® Portal.
- A DEP profile must be assigned to the macOS devices that you want to enroll. See Apple DEP Configuration Guide for more information.

Procedure

Turn on the Mac and navigate through the initial activation screens to the Select
Your Wi-Fi Network screen.
A message is displayed that the device is configured by the organization that is associated with the DEP token. (If you do not see this message, you might need to restart the device to reassign the DEP profile to the device.)

Type a passcode or use your corporate credentials. If the MaaS360 authentication screen is not
displayed, check the MaaS360 DEP Profile. If Authenticate is not selected,
the MaaS360 authentication screen is not displayed.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the remaining macOS setup procedures for device
enrollment.
When the setup is complete, the MaaS360 MDM Profile is added to the Profiles pane in System Preferences.
