The system halted while software was loading. This problem may be attributed to either hardware or software.

Use the standalone diagnostics if not yet used. If the same SRN is generated
from standalone diagnostics, go to
PFW1540 :
Problem isolation procedures> for problem isolation. If a different problem
occurs when you run the standalone diagnostics, correct that problem.
If the SRN is not generated running standalone diagnostics, suspect a problem
with the system's software.
