Use the standalone diagnostics if not yet used. If the same SRN is generated
from standalone diagnostics, go to
PFW1540 :
Problem isolation procedures for problem isolation. If a different problem
occurs when you run the standalone diagnostics, correct that problem.
If the SRN is not generated running standalone diagnostics, suspect a problem
with the system's software.
