Getting firmware fixes by using Fix Central
Use this procedure to get firmware fixes by using the Fix Central website.
When service packs become available for the components of an 8335-GCA, 8335-GTA, 8335-GTB, or 8348-21C, you can use the Fix Central website to get best practice information and download instructions.
To get fixes for an 8335-GCA, 8335-GTA, 8335-GTB, or 8348-21C firmware, complete the following steps:
- Go to the Fix Central website.
- Click the Select product tab.
- From the Product Group list, select Power.
- From the Product list, select Scale-out LC.
- From the Select from Scale-out LC list, select your Machine Type-Model.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to learn about best practice recommendations and to download and install the firmware fixes to your system.
