Explanation

LIST rule is run in TEST mode
on each node. Each invocation that fails with a nonzero return code
is reported. Command execution is terminated on any node that fails
any of these tests.

or LIST rule, the EXEC script, or do nothing
because this is not necessarily an error. The administrator may suppress
execution of the mmapplypolicy command on
some nodes by deliberately having one or more EXECs return nonzero
codes.
