Explanation
Based on the parameters given to the mmcrfs command
and the size and number of disks being formatted, GPFS™ has formatted its allocation maps to allow
disks up the given size to be added to this file system by the mmadddisk command.

maximum disk size is smaller than necessary, delete the file system
with mmdelfs and reissue the mmcrfs command
with larger disks or a larger value for the -n parameter.
