Explanation
Based on the parameters given to mmcrfs and
the size and number of disks being formatted, GPFS™ has formatted its allocation maps to allow
disks up the given size to be added to this storage pool by the mmadddisk command.

maximum disk size is smaller than necessary, delete the file system
with mmdelfs and rerun mmcrfs with
either larger disks or a larger value for the -n parameter.
