Explanation
An error occurred when mmfsctl include was
writing a copy of the file system descriptor to one of the disks specified
on the command line. This could have been caused by a failure of the
corresponding disk device, or an error in the path to the disk.
User response
Verify that the disks are correctly defined on all
nodes. Verify that paths to all disks are correctly defined and operational.
