Explanation
A GPFS™ command
attempted to access the specified disk, but found that the node attempting
the operation was fenced out from the disk.
User response
Check whether there is a valid reason why the node
should be fenced out from the disk. If there is no such reason, unfence
the disk and reissue the command.
