About IBM Spectrum LSF RTM
IBM® Spectrum LSF RTM (RTM) is an operational dashboard for IBM Spectrum LSF environments that provides comprehensive workload monitoring, reporting, and management. It makes cluster administrators more efficient in their day-to-day activities and provides the information and tools that are needed to improve cluster efficiency, enable better user productivity, and contain or reduce costs.
Monitoring clusters with RTM
Use RTM to configure, monitor, and control LSF clusters.
Thresholds and alerts
You can use RTM to configure, view, and acknowledge thresholds and alerts. A threshold triggers an alert if your clusters, hosts, queues, or jobs meet the conditions of the threshold.
Grid alerts and templates
Create alerts that are based on grid data. Configuring grid alerts is an advanced feature. You must have a good knowledge of the RTM database and structure to be able to use this advanced RTM feature for generating generic grid alerts.

Working with application license servers
You can use RTM to configure and monitor application license servers.
External Load Indices manager (ELIM) Graphs
External Load Indices manager reports the values of dynamic external resources. A dynamic external resource is a user-defined resource with a numeric value that changes over time, such as the space available in a directory. Using RTM, you can create graphs for those ELIMs and analyze them.
Managing the metadata plug-in
The metadata plug-in can add metadata for users, user groups, hosts, host groups, clusters, job groups, queues, queue group, projects, license-projects, and applications. For example, the metadata plug-in may be used to display metadata for a host, such as geographic location or rack location.

Disk Monitoring
The DiskU plugin's purpose is to help HPC administrators keep track of who in their organization is consuming data on disk. Settings for Disk Monitoring are found on the RTM Plugins tab of the Settings screen (Console > Configuration > Settings).
