Troubleshooting login failures

When you encounter client login failures, you must analyze the stack trace to determine the reason why the login failed.

Client and server login failures
Login failures can happen either on the client side, or the server side.
Server-rich client login failures
Server-rich clients sometimes have authentication failures that occur during login.
