Deleting a job

You can remove unwanted or old versions of jobs from your project.

1. Select the job or job invocation in the Job Status view. You can make multiple selections.
2. Choose Job > Delete. A message confirms that you want to delete the chosen job, or jobs.
3. Click Yes to delete the jobs. A message confirms they have been deleted.
4. Click OK. The job design and all the associated components used at run time are deleted, including the files and records used by the Job Log view and the Monitor window.
5. If you delete a job that is part of a batch, edit the batch to remove the deleted job to prevent the batch from failing. See Designing job batches
