Modifying the number of users displayed in lists

If you have many users, you can lessen the amount of time spent loading the user list. You can specify not to load the list if it is larger than the number you specify. After you set a number, use a filter to select specific users, rather than load large user lists.

Procedure

  1. Start an Admin session.
  2. On the Action Panel, click System Administration.
  3. In the System Administration button bar, click the General tab.
  4. Optionally, in the User and Group List Behavior area, select Disable the All page.

    Use this option when you have many users. Loading many users on the All page degrades performance.

  5. In the Default to the All page if the number of entries is less than field, type the value for the number of users to be displayed.

    If the number of users in the list is equal to or greater than this number, the Filter tab is automatically started.

  6. Click Apply.
