The Integrations page contains the following tabs:
Use this tab to manage your list of approved OAuth consumer keys. Consumer keys and secrets are used by integrations (such as Rational® DOORS® 9.3) that connect to Rational Change using the OAuth login protocol. These integrations must be configured to identify themselves with one of the consumer key and secret pairs listed in this tab. See the product documentation of the integration for details about configuring it with an approved consumer key and secret. With the default settings, integrations can connect with the anonymous consumer key and the anonymous secret. However, when one or more consumer keys are added, this default setting no longer works. In all cases, the integrations must provide a Rational Change user ID and password before the user can log on.
Most OAuth enabled integrations must also be configured with the root services URL for Rational Change, which is:
http://change_host:port/context/rootservices
Rational DOORS 9.3 requires an alternate URL, which is:
http://change_host:port/context/rootservices?rcm.nestedCatalogs=false
If you are configuring a Jazz™ Team Server to connect to Rational Change, the Jazz™ server automatically adds a provisional consumer key. You must approve the provisional key from this tab before the Jazz server can connect.
Use this tab to manage your list of friend servers. A friend server is another server that Rational Change knows how to communicate with. Some friend servers (for example, Rational DOORS Web Access 9.3) supply previews of their resources. Rational Change shows these previews when pointing at resource links in the OSLC_LINKS web type.
Some integrations can show previews of CRs without opening the Rational Change web interface. For example, in a Rational DOORS module, you can preview a linked Rational Change CR without opening the CR in Rational Change. Use this form to customize which attributes are shown in these previews.
