Managing change request processes

The change request (CR) process defines all characteristics of your workflow, including process-level properties and all lifecycles. When creating a change request process, you must create the first state and then the first transition before you can save the change request process.

You can perform the following operations by clicking Lifecycle Editor on the Action Panel in the Admin interface:

After making a change, clicking Update is only an intermediate step in updating the process file. You must click Save on the button bar to save the changes to the file.
