IBM® Rational® Change resides on a web server
and uses a web browser to deploy its User interface. Data that is
displayed in the interface is retrieved from Rational Change files and from the IBM Rational Synergy database server. Rational Change also updates
the Rational Synergy database
with the values you type and the selections you make in the User interface.
