Configuring access with client certificates
Configure an extra layer of authentication using client certificates.
About this task
If your organization uses client certificates as an additional layer of authentication to access your IBM® IBM Connections™ deployment, you must distribute certificates, along with instructions, to your mobile users. The certificate authentication is done in addition to providing a user ID and password.
Note: Importing a client certificate for an account must be done only once. When a certificate is
associated with an account, the IBM Connections app
automatically uses the certificate when it receives a client certificate challenge.
