IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management, Version 11.3The web services SDK can be configured to encrypt communication with the operational server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
The operational server must also be configured for SSL communication on the specified host and port. Note that this configuration enables encryption only between the web server and operational server, not between the client application and the web server.
