Developing maintainProductInstance service mapping

You must map the source message format schema to the maintainProductInstance service.

1. Open the mapping.mdmxmi file in the MDMSpecMappingSample project if it is not already open.
2. Click the Model tab.
3. Select the Service node and click Add.
4. In the Select Request Element dialog, locate BankProduct.xsd. In the list of elements, choose BankProduct Element, then click Next.
5. Select BankProduct Element as the Response XSD element and click Next.
6. On the Select Hub Transaction dialog, select Product.
7. Choose ProductMaintenanceServices > maintainProductInstance transaction, then click Next.
8. Select Hub Data Mapping under Select the implementation style, then select Generate initial service mapping implementation in the editor.
9. Click Finish to generate the implementation.
