Adding localized content for a category

You can provide localized content for a category that is part of a category hierarchy.

About this task

To add localized content for a category:

Procedure

  1. Click Search Category Hierarchy .
  2. Choose the search filter you want to use:
    • All – Returns all category hierarchies, both active and inactive. This is the default value.
    • Active – Returns only active category hierarchies
    • Inactive – Returns only inactive category hierarchies
  3. Enter the category hierarchy name in the Hierarchy Name field.

    Perform an exact search by entering the complete name, or enter part of the name using a wildcard character (%) or a look-a-like character (?).

  4. Click Submit.
  5. Click the name of the hierarchy in the search results list.
  6. Select the category.
  7. Click View Category Details.
  8. Click Manage Localized Content.
  9. Click Add Localized Content.
  10. Enable the check boxes for one or more languages on the Select Languages pop up window.
  11. Click Submit.
  12. Enter localized content information for each field displayed for each language selected.
  13. Click Submit.
  14. Click OK.
