IBM® InfoSphere® Master Data Management contains
a separate user interface application called Product Maintenance Console,
or Product Maintenance UI,
that is used for maintaining product data quality.
Restriction: The Product Maintenance UI web application
does not support the use of your browser's Back button.
Using the Product Maintenance UI,
you can perform the following tasks:
- Search for a product
- View, add, and edit product information and spec attribute values
- View, add, and edit terms and conditions for products
- Add, view, and edit product relationships and their associated
relationship terms and conditions information
- Add, view, and edit admin system keys for products
- Add, view, and edit identifiers for products
- View a product's mapped categories, and categorize or recategorize
products
- Search for category hierarchies
- Add, view, and edit category hierarchies
- Manage, add, view, and edit category information and spec uses
- Add, view, and edit category relationships
- Add, view, and edit admin system keys for categories
- Add, view, and edit localized content for products and category
information
