Restart and verify servers

After the servers have been upgraded, restart each one and verify that it is performing properly. Do this for all the components of the environment including the database servers, Rational® ClearQuest® web servers, Rational Shipping Servers and MultiSite synchronization servers, and additional IBM Rational products.
